From the depths of Deep Creek, we present Lotus Pale Ale.  The Lotus captivated both ancient & contemporary cultures.  Each day it displays an innate ability to rise above watery chaos and present itself at dawn to worship the sun.  Subtle pale malt notes produce a clear golden hue & provide a base for the Cascade, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops to present delicate citrus & floral aromas.

4.5% ABV
