Grand Cru 2016 w/ White Wine Grapes

Grand Cru White 2016 is a beer from Almanac that holds nothing back, in the most elegant way possible. It combines their imperial sour blonde ale with fresh apricots, ages it for over a year in French oak barrels and then adds California Muscat Blanc grpaes to the mix for a fragrant and complex sour ale. Almanac recommends pairing this one with raw oysters or steamed mussles.
