Turadh is Gaelic for a short dry spell. This simple Saison is conditioned with B. Bruxellensis and L. Delbrueckii, dry hopped with Wai-iti. Drinks lightly tart with fruit and spice driven esters, a slight lime and peach on the nose. Will age well.
